Marilyn spent four years living by the Gulf
of Gaeta in southern Italy. She has had the good fortune to work with
people from Chile, Cuba, Estonia, France, Switzerland, Italy, India,
Myanmar (formerly Burma,) China, Japan and South Korea, right here in
Chapel Hill. She looks forward to developing relationships with more
people from various cultures, and her hobbies include gardening,

Jimmy holds bachelor degrees in both Civil Engineering and in Construction Management from N.C. State University, and furthered his studies in the Virginia Tech Pamplin Masters in Business program. After spending several years with construction management groups in overseeing the construction of power plants, one including three months of the planning phases in Genoa, Italy, followed by two years of development and construction oversight of the plant in Chile, South America, he began developing his fluency in the Spanish language. After several more years of managing commercial projects with other developers, Jimmy began his own real estate brokerage, developing and construction practice in 2002. |

County, NY. She is a graduate of Columbia University and Parson's
School of Interior Design. Originally from England, she has moved a
