Marilyn spent four years living by the Gulf of Gaeta in southern Italy. She has had the good fortune to work with people from Chile, Cuba, Estonia, France, Switzerland, Italy, India, Myanmar (formerly Burma,) China, Japan and South Korea, right here in Chapel Hill. She looks forward to developing relationships with more people from various cultures, and her hobbies include gardening, travel, and visiting art galleries and museums.

Diana is a successful entrepreneur who relocated to North Carolina in 2006. She brings over 25 years leadership experience in healthcare/nonprofit world on a local, state, national, and international level to her real estate practice. Her “One of a Kind Experience” approach to each transaction has proven to be her key to success. She finds great joy in helping others fulfill their real estate needs whether renting, buying, selling or finding investment properties in a local, state, national and international arena.

With nearly 20 years of Sales and Marketing experience with a Fortune 500 Company I bring a strategic, data driven approach to helping Buyers find the right property and help Sellers effectively market their home, all driven by data and a proven track record. In addition, having moved 11 times during my years of climbing the corporate ladder I also fully understand the emotional and practical aspects of moving a family, whether in town or across the country.

Jimmy holds bachelor degrees in both Civil Engineering and in Construction Management from N.C. State University, and furthered his studies in the Virginia Tech Pamplin Masters in Business program. After spending several years with construction management groups in overseeing the construction of power plants, one including three months of the planning phases in Genoa, Italy, followed by two years of development and construction oversight of the plant in Chile, South America, he began developing his fluency in the Spanish language. After several more years of managing commercial projects with other developers, Jimmy began his own real estate brokerage, developing and construction practice in 2002.

Steina started her career in Westchester County, NY. She is a graduate of Columbia University and Parson's School of Interior Design. Originally from England, she has moved a number of times in the US and Brazil. She is a founder and VP of the Luxury Home Marketing Group, a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, International President's Elite, Certified Relocation Specialist, Previews Property Specialist and Home Marketing Specialist. Her charitable organizations include Daughters of the British Empire, Assistance League of the Triangle and Junior League of Raleigh. All of her skills combined give her the knowledge and expertise to help meet the needs of relocating families.

Sandy has been a full-time North Carolina Broker for over 25 years. She is a Graduate of the REALTORS® Institute in Chapel Hill and has achieved the CRS designation. She is also GMAC Quality Service Certified and a 2003 graduate of the REALTORS® ePRO training program. Sandy specializes in Relocation and Residential Property Sales. She is also experienced in Commercial, Office, Land and Investment Properties. She has sold property in six counties of the Research Triangle region, but for Sandy, SERVICE is the job. She knows her clients are making life-changing decisions. The benefits of her extensive training empower her clients to make the very best selling and buying decisions.

My real estate career began in Raleigh, NC in 1988. I received certification from Relocation Resources International and have worked extensively with transferees from GSK, IBM, Biogen, Novartis, Red Cross, NCSU, and many others. The majority of my business, both listings and sales, comes from repeat business with past clients, and their referrals of new clients. It is my pleasure and a privilege to assist buyers and sellers with their real estate decisions. I believe in professional service with utmost integrity!

Darcy has been in residential real estate sales for 4 years. Her specialties include relocation, new construction and listing and selling properties in the North Raleigh, Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Morrisville, Holly Springs and Johnston County areas. Darcy’s attention to detail and strong commitment to her clients assures a smooth closing. She has worked extensively with peoples from other countries, helping them transition to their new lives here in the United States. She is currently Secretary of the Triangle International Council, a member of the Wake County Business Owner’s Network and the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORs.

Ivana, originally from the Czech Republic, lived in Switzerland and Canada before relocating to North Carolina in 1983. She worked as a chemist in the Research Triangle Park and a business owner before becoming a licensed Real Estate agent in 1994. Ivana has been with RE/MAX United since 1999 and is consistently recognized for her outstanding performance as evidenced by her repeated attainment of the prestigious RE/MAX 100% Club Award. Specializing in residential real estate, relocation and listing and selling exceptional properties in all price ranges, Ivana assists clients in the Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Apex, Cary, Morrisville, Wake Forest and Research Triangle Park area.

Drew lived in Japan for almost thirty years. He earned his undergraduate degree from Kyushu Sangyo University in Tokyo, Japan. He earned his masters from Nihon University in Tokyo, Japan. His focus is on real estate inestments locally and internationally, specifically Japan. Drew is fluent in the Japanese language.

Born in Wales (Cymru) in the United Kingdom I have over 25 years of professional property and real estate experience. This includes 18 years in the United Kingdom and 6 years here in the Triangle. As a former "trailing spouse" Kathy knows what it is like to be faced with a move to a new city, state or country. She has survived numerous relocations … from Michigan to Virginia to Greece to New England to Texas to North Carolina. She taught French and sold real estate in several states. A 21 year resident of Raleigh, Kathy has been continually awarded the YSU Award of Excellence and has consistently earned "Top Producer" status in her real estate career, while serving as a volunteer on many PTA boards and councils. She was named "Wake County PTA Volunteer of the Year." Kathy's strong involvement in education has been a great benefit to her local and relocating clients.

Teddyann moved to Chapel Hill in 1985 after extensive world travel and living primarily in North Africa and the Middle East for many years as a Foreign Service spouse. Relocation is what she enjoys most in real estate, paying detailed attention to helping families moving to the area find the community in the Triangle best for their needs, making certain they understand the buying process, and locating sources for special interests most important to making their new community truly be their new home. Born and raised in Los Angeles she holds a Masters Degree in Library Science from University of Southern California and is a member of the International Visitor's Council.

Joyce came to real estate after spending twenty-one years in the hospitality industry. She also worked in the non-profit sector with international organizations, and spent some time at the North Carolina Executive Mansion. Throughout her career, Joyce has always been involved with people from many different parts of the world. She has been involved with the Greek Festival for many years, and has participated in the Local International Festival. She enjoys traveling to new places and cooking ethnic dishes.

Margit McConnell is a native of Austria who moved from Vienna to London and then to San Francisco in 1988. When Margit moved to Raleigh, North Carolina, in 1996, she decided to pursue a career as a real estate professional. Her great desire was to assist those relocating to the growing Research Triangle area. Margit joined Prudential Carolinas Realty in 1999. She continues to work actively with both buyers and sellers and specializes in the various needs of International Services for families. Margit has been privileged to assist clients from many countries throughout the world relocating to North Carolina.

Monika is a REALTOR® and a Broker with over 12 years of experience in real estate. She is a Relocation Specialist for customers around the country and all over the world. Monika's interest in International Real Estate qualified her to be appointed to the International Operations Committee of the National Association of REALTORs (NAR) and an honorary appointment of NAR's Director for Poland. She held both positions from 1998-2000 and recently chaired the International Council of Raleigh/Wake Board of REALTORs in 2003. Monika is an accomplished bridge and tennis player, enjoys walking and boating. She loves literature, films, theater, traveling and shopping.

Linda has traveled extensively throughout India and Europe, Canada and the U.S. She enjoys working with international clients seeking housing, development or commercial opportunities. Victoria has many years experience of the Raleigh/Triangle/RTP area. She provides knowledge and education in the culture, lifestyle and Raleigh real estate. She offers destination, transition, assimilation, integration and real estate services for international and national clients. Victoria is English and relocated from Nottingham, England in 1995. With her knowledge of European cultures, she is an excellent choice for an empathetic and practical professional for business and domestic relocation. She has won many awards and is a top producer in her area. Prior to real estate, Victoria held management positions within IBM and Boots Pharmaceuticals, UK. She is a certified Mediator and Arbitrator and volunteers her time. She also mentors in real estate. For relaxation she paints in oil and watercolors. Experience her smile and British charm today!

Selling the Triangle Area since 1981. I have experience working with an International Clientele from over 34 countries. I sell homes within a 30 mile radius around the Triangle, specializing in single family homes, townhomes, condos, new construction, investment properties as well as foreclosures and multi family units. A large portion of my business comes from families relocating into the area. I serve on four Boards:  the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORs, the NC Real Estate Education Foundation, Diamante, Inc. and Nuestro Banco. I serve on the Community Service Committee and the Housing Opportunity Committee and I am a founding member of the International Council.

Helen Tam, a dedicated full time real estate professional since 1988, was born and educated in Hong Kong. She relocated to the US in 1976 and has family living in Hong Kong, Canada, Australia, England and the US. She earned her NC Real Estate Salesman License in 1987 and NC Broker License in 1994. She also holds the ABR, CIPS, CRS, GRI & TRC designations. She is the Executive Sales Vice President with York Simpson Underwood Realty, with whom she has been associated since 1988. She has been involved with International Real Estate Council since its inception in 1999 and is the chair for 2009. Helen likes to travel and enjoys movies, concerts and gourmet cooking.

Carlene's family is from North Carolina; however, she's lived throughout the United States before returning to the Triangle. As an American Airlines Premium Service manager, she's traveled extensively around the world. Her professional and personal international experience has introduced her to many countries, and she's proud of her cultural knowledge and understanding of international needs. Her training in customer service has made her a leader in the industry, and in her longstanding career as a broker, she has specialized as an International Relocation Specialist.

Azita is a native of Iran who moved to Raleigh, North Carolina in 1976 to finish high school. She received a B.S. degree in Science from North Carolina State University. For fourteen years Azita was an operations manager for a Drugs of Abuse testing laboratory, dealing with fortune 500 companies on a daily basis, and through this experience Azita developed a keen sense of customer service. She received her real estate license in 1998. She is a Certified Relocation Specialist, Certified Negotiator Specialist, and Accredited Buyer Representative. Azita has helped many international families move in and out of the Triangle area. Her specialty in working with international families is her understanding of a different culture and her willingness to spend as much time as needed to find their ideal home. Azita builds life long relationships with her clients and one that they can depend on.

I have worked in the mortgage industry for 16 years of which a little over 8 years has been with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. I speak Spanish, Portuguese, and French and really enjoy helping people achieve their dream of owning a home.
